Do I pay the same price as in the store online?
Prices are at Tauchshoponline.ch and Tauchshopluzern.ch equally favourable.
Is there a minimum order?
In Tauchshoponline.ch there is no minimum order.
What are the costs in Switzerland?
Within Switzerland, the shipping cost are flat-rate CHF 12-. Of which are excluding lead and scuba tanks. This is calculated according to the actual weight. From CHF 500. - Postage and packing are the orders. Except in the lead and scuba tanks.
Can I convert dive gear, dive accessories, wetsuits when they do not fit?
We offer you an exchange or return. If an item does not meet your needs, we take them within 7 days unused, original packaging and returned in perfect condition. Excluded are:
Vouchers, bathing suits (for hygienic reasons), articles with filled warranty cards such as dive computers, regulators, BCD's, dive watches and special offers or liquidations.
Please note that we charge in each case a processing fees of 15% from the article price.
How much is shipping in Europe?
The shipping costs are flat rate of CHF 44.- for packages up to 2 kg and package size by: length, width and height do not exceed 90 cm and none of the edges of more than 60 cm. Except for lead and scuba tanks. This is calculated according to the actual weight.
Orders from CHF 800.- the delivery cost are not charged. Except for lead and scuba tanks. Larger and heavier packages: prices on request.
Important:
Prices may change at any time. Shipping Europe: since our ordering system will not automatically calculate whether your order is within the above package dimensions / weight, if the costs are higher, we reserve the right to charge the missing amount.
What payment methods are accepted?
With us you can choose between three different types of payment. Prepayment (you will receive an advance invoice and make a bank transfer) or cash (you pay directly upon receipt of the goods) and Paypal with the option to pay by Visa and MasterCard. If you want to pick up the merchandise in our dive shop in Lucerne, it is also considered prepayment. The shipping fee will be omitted.
Can I pay by credit card at Tauchshoponline.ch?
In Tauchshoponline.ch you can pay by credit card through Pay Pal. Most customers prefer to pay by bank transfer, postal order, Pay Pal or cash on delivery.
What does that mean bundle?
Bundle means the same as set or package. There are various products at one price. The term bundle is often used in the computer industry and has now found its way into the diving industry.
Can I order items from additional manufacturers (eg Henderson)?
With us you get brands from all the leading diving manufacturers. If you can not find an article in Tauchshoponline.ch you can feel free to contact us. Please contact us by e-mail or by phone.
How long are the delivery?
In stock items delivery is made within 2-3 days. Are the items out of stock the delivery time is 10-14 days. For orders with more than one article the delivery of the total order will depend on the item with the longest delivery time. An express delivery is only possible after appointment. If articles can not be delivered within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
Is the ordering process safe at Tauchshoponline.ch?
To guarantee our customers maximum security we use SSL encryption technology. This encryption is standard on the internet and is used by all reputable internet shops. During the ordering process SSL encryption will prevent that a foreign person get access to your personal data.
